For Year one, we expect 12 partnerships with 84 subscriptions.
Each subscription will be $2,500 yearly in addition to the $500 initiation fee. In total, generating $210,000 in subscription sales and $42,000 in initiation revenue.
Through our partnership with our thermal camera we hope to close a deal of $1,800 for each camera.
We estimate a cost of $450 for the database storage, $65,000 for the sales team, $45,000 for the tech team, $80,000 for the research & development team, and $8,400 for the customer acquisition cost. We decided to go with this amount for each cost mentioned above after looking at the average costs companies spend on these costs.
For Year two, we expect 24 partnerships with 168 subscriptions. In total, generating $420,000 in subscription sales and $42,000 in initiation revenue.
For Year three, we expect 36 partnerships with 252 subscriptions. In total, generating $630,00 in subscription sales and $42,000 in initiation revenue.

For Year four, we expect 48 partnerships with 336 subscriptions. In total, generating $840,00 in subscription sales and $42,000 in initiation revenue.

For Year five, we expect 60 partnerships with 420 subscriptions. In total, generating $1,050,000 in subscription sales and $42,000 in initiation revenue.
After calculating all of these costs, we ended up with a loss of ($135,400) the first year, and an increase in the second year with a net income of $36,800. Then an increase from the second year to the third in $209,00. The fourth year we look to generate $381,200 and lastly in yar five we look to bring in a net profit of $553,400.
