After finalizing our value proposition canvas, the team unearthed a multitude of discoveries that were previously unknown

 

  1. Our customer's jobs and responsibilities are complex, and HR requires an abundance of data tracking and metrics
     

  2. The value we are providing is based off of our unique hardware-software combination that has the potential to introduce a new measurement for employee satisfaction rates
     

  3. While company HR departments are some of our main targets, consulting firms and other HR optimizing clients are also prime consumers to look for and acquire
     

  4. The team must identify KPI's and metrics that are derivable from the real-time stress and neuro-physiological data we already possess
